Eric Payne, Managing Partner
Eric, a Louisville native, serves as Managing Partner of Kentucky Private Lending. Eric has more than eight years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate lending arena. Having spent the last three years assisting a local startup company, DPL Financial Partners, Eric brings a unique skill set to KYPL which is an in-depth understanding of the real estate investment process combined with an appreciation of the entrepreneurial spirit it takes to be successful.
Bryan Etscorn, Principal/Partner
Bryan is a Louisville native and active partner with Kentucky Private Lending. Bryan previously was a Co-Owner of a 3rd Generation family business known as Etscorn Collision Center and was instrumental in the daily operations as well as the company’s acquisition by a national company in 2021. Bryan has extensive real estate experience which includes residential and commercial development, property management, construction and permanent lending, marketing and contract negotiation. Bryan looks forward to sharing his vast knowledge of the industry with partners of KYPL.
